ModuGroup designs, manufactures and installs buildings off-site from a single facility in Brompton on Swale, North Yorkshire (DL10 7HS). The factory is a 60,000 sq ft highly-skilled timber-frame workshop where every project is built in situ by master tradespeople and skilled subcontractors - not a conveyor-style production line. One repeatable workshop and one delivery model power every brand, never as autonomous divisions. The same engineering, build, delivery and crane-install capability is taken to eight sectors through specialist sector-facing brands.
