Roof removals, party-wall conditions, load paths, foundations. We have engineered hundreds of variations and know what an existing structure can accommodate almost as soon as we walk on site.
Manufacturing
One repeatable system, eleven years of refinement.
Every unit is built off-site in our North Yorkshire factory — in situ, by named tradespeople and subcontractors — indoors and unaffected by the conditions that stall traditional construction. The same craft floor sits behind every brand we run.
Installation

We treat the site as the final assembly point, not the factory. Modules arrive complete and are installed with precision, often above occupied buildings.

Through Moduloft we deliver loft conversions directly to homeowners. Through the wider ModuGroup platform we serve every other kind of property owner. Pick the door that fits.
